A major hub for local and international tourism, Rotorua is renowned for consistently being one of New Zealand’s star attractions.

The area is also known for its Maori culture and art. There are a number of Maori villages open to visitors while a diverse range of galleries display Maori painting, sculpture and carving.
Rotorua is set against the scenic shores of Lake Rotorua and is nestled beneath a stunning mountain range. The city centre is extremely easy to get around and features charming architecture as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes.
