How to Register
Please register via the online form. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. If you cancel your registration prior to 19 July 2016 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after 19 July 2016 are non-refundable.

Publication of Abstracts
Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in the final programme.

Registration Desk
On arrival at the Conference please go to the Registration and Information Desk to pick up you registration pack. The Registration and Information Desk is located in the foyer of the Energy Events Centre, Rotorua.
